Chicago Theater: the side with the sign with no view

As far as I know this sign has been part of the south wall brickwork of the Chicago Theater for decades. The theater must’ve had some low-rise neighbors in the past, because there’s no straight-on angle to view the sign. Straight-on angle… sounds oxymoronic. But there isn’t one, you see, and the double-digit-floor parking garage serves to both get you closer and as a deterrent to getting it as your mind’s eye sees it. This was taken off the second floor.
