You probably can’t tell, but there’s a river down there between the buildings and the road. The Chicago River cuts a concrete-walled path through downtown Chicago in a way unlike any other city I’ve visited. From this position on the south side of Wacker St. the space the river produces allows for a little less skyline clutter. I caught some clouds hanging over one of the city’s newer skyscrapers.
